A few Minutes
Amber’s reply was not enough for Jessy to leave. She returned to the place where she met Amber before as this seemed like a good start. When she got there, she realized she needed to be cautious. Amber would be fine? What if Amber had been injured? Jessy was a little guilty for not being able protect her friend. Jessy began to lose confidence as the hours went by. She didn’t know where to search for Amber and the chances of finding her seemed to be getting smaller and smaller.
She was still determined not to give up on Amber. Amber had helped her without hesitation. She owed her a duty to continue looking. Jessy gathered her courage and kept searching, determined to bring Amber home safely. She didn’t give up and kept going, determined to reach Amber, no matter what. She reached out and asked everyone she knew if anyone had seen anything, anything, that could help her find Amber.
