A big sigh
Jessy sighed. What happened to her? She wanted to know if her horse was okay and why she was being taken to the veterinarian. Amber tried to calm the girl down again, but it was clear that there must be something wrong with her horse. It wouldn’t have been at the vet office if it was all right. She regretted not listening to her instinct when it warned her to be cautious about the horse. She wanted it so badly that she ignored her instinct and took the risk. She was now paying for her mistake.
She regretted that she was so careless and her entire life had changed in an instant. She thought of the consequences of her actions and how they were all due to her desire for a pony. Jessy was overcome with guilt. She wished that she had spent more time researching the horse and seller before making the purchase. She was so eager to get a horse that she ignored the warnings of the seller and overlooked red flags. She was so certain that the horse she wanted would be perfect, that her doubts were ignored and she acted without thought. She was so blinded with ambition that she failed to understand the consequences of her action.
