She was sure he had sent reporters to Jessy’s vet’s to distract her and stop her from going to the office. It was difficult to bring this man to justice because he was so clever.

Amber was unable to prosecute him because he had manipulated the evidence by his lawyers. Amber was aware that the stable owner would do anything to avoid being held accountable for his crimes.
