To a vet
Although this was mostly bad news, they at least knew where to look and what they were looking for. The police were alerted by the rescue service, and they found the stable owner in no time. Jessy felt relieved when she heard that the owner of the stable had been arrested. Her horse was now safe, and she would soon be reunited. She was grateful to the stranger for sharing the information with her, because it helped her get justice. Jessy hoped that the police could return her horse to her as soon as possible. She looked forward to being reunited and able to care for her horse once more.
Jessy was told that her horse had already been taken to the vet when she went to the location of the arrest. She was confused and could not understand why her horse had been taken to a vet. Was her horse injured? Was she hurt? Was she ill? She was becoming frustrated as she pondered all these questions. She was proud to have just purchased her horse, Africa. She wondered why the owner of the stable didn’t inform her that he would be taking Africa to a vet. She would have accompanied him. She was concerned about her horse, and wanted to find out what was happening. She was determined that she would find out what happened to her horse.
