Ambulance arrived
When the ambulance arrived, Lily’s father had lost all consciousness. They quickly got a sense of what had happened and put him on a stretcher. Lily and her mother drove behind the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Lily’s mother tried her best to hide her worries, but Lily could feel the tension in the air.
