Low energy levels make it difficult for the digestive system to break down weighty, fatty foods. The body already suffers from limited energy, and the remaining energy would not be used by the stomach to break down fatty foods. Therefore, foods high in saturated fat, such as fried foods and fatty foods, should be avoided. Avoid junk food, high-cholesterol diets, and meat because they are not only difficult to metabolize but also cause an imbalance in the body.
Smoking and tabaco can interfere with the body’s mechanisms, so they should not be consumed during an outbreak.
