Banana

Banana is referred to as a child’s sustenance. Bananas are easily digestible and contain a significant amount of potassium. This mineral is typically lost through vomiting, perspiration, and diarrhea, which can result in a deficiency. Eating a banana prevents this mineral deficiency, and because it is readily digested, the stomach does not expend much energy in the process.
The presence of water-soluble fiber in fruits has been demonstrated to alleviate digestive tension and inflammation in patients. The fiber is referred to as pectin.
