Acetaminophen is a widely used medication that reduces fever and provides pain alleviation. However, the fever is accompanied by influenza and a cold; you may require additional medication to treat sneezing and nasal congestion.

Nyquil SEVERE – This medication provides relief from the most severe cold symptoms. This medication is compatible with acetaminophen. It alleviates both respiratory and nasal congestion.
Dayquil SEVERE – This medication is effective for treating sleep-disrupting symptoms such as sneezing and wheezing.
