Flushing
Flushing is the transient redness of the cheeks or chest caused by vasodilation, a bodily process in which blood vessels expand. It increases blood circulation to the epidermis, resulting in flushing. Due to the increased blood flow in the capillaries, flushing is also a symptom of heatstroke.
