Physical exercise

Move quickly to the 12 o’clock position and maintain it for at least three to five seconds. Move it back gradually while ensuring that your eyes follow the movement of your thumb.
Next, move your thumb to the 1 o’clock position, which is a modest deviation from the initial position. Hold this position for a few seconds, then return your forefinger to a 90-degree angle.
During this exercise, take long breaths and repeat these steps for all clock positions.

Massage is an essential exercise for increasing blood flow to any body part. Numerous studies and clinical trials have demonstrated the health benefits of massage for the specified body regions. Eye massage is also essential because it restores the shape of the cornea, relieves eye tension, and strengthens the eye muscles.
Here’s how to perform an eye massage:
Softly close your eyes. Avoid closing them too tightly. Place two fingertips on your closed eyelids in order to maintain a gentle pressure.
Move your fingertips slowly and gently in a circular motion from right to left and top to bottom to apply gentle pressure.
Additionally, you can move your fingertips clockwise and anticlockwise.
Perform this exercise three times per day with 10 to 15 repetitions per set.
Exercise three: intended reading
This is a deviation from standard reading. You will need a book or your computer screen as a reading source and an object to concentrate on.
This exercise is beneficial for individuals with astigmatism because it serves to relieve the corneal pressure caused by astigmatism.
Observe these procedures;
Open a book, a blog, or a document on your computer’s display.
Place a sharp-edged object next to it. Next, read a brief paragraph from the source and then concentrate on the object.
Maintain concentration for thirty seconds. Then return to your source of reading and read a new paragraph.
Continue performing this exercise until you experience fatigue in your eyes.
Exercise 4: Tilting the Head
The extraocular muscles are able to regulate the intensity and direction of the gentle force they exert on the eyeball as a result of this exercise. This exercise, when performed regularly, can alter the contour of the cornea and may aid in the correction of astigmatism. The following procedures must be taken:
Check the mirror in front of you to determine whether your head is inclined to one side. Every day, spend some time angling your head in the opposite direction.
