Dopamine agonists
Dopamine agonists mimic dopamine activity in the brain. Dopamine-agonists may be less effective than levodopa, but they can still be an option for patients who do not respond to levodopa. Dopamine agonists include ropinirole pramipexole and bromocriptine.
