Inflammation & Immune Response
Parkinson’s disease can be triggered by a variety of factors, including environmental and endogenous factors. Dopamine degeneration is mediated by immune responses and inflammation. A study involving a group of people found that those who use non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), have a lower risk of Parkinson’s. Inflammatory changes and hyperactive immune responses are major factors in the degeneration of Dopamine that leads to Parkinson’s.
