Altering pillowcases
Even while you slumber, the human body is constantly replacing old cells with new ones. Changing pillowcases and linens frequently is an indication of a healthy lifestyle. During sleep, our bodies produce excess saliva, which leaks out of our mouths and is absorbed by our pillowcases and linens. When this saliva combines with the dead skin cells and dirt already present on the unaltered covers and linens, the pores become clogged. Therefore, it is recommended to replace pillowcases and sheets every day or two.
