Vinegar from apple cider
In addition to acetic and lactic acids, apple cider vinegar contains numerous other acids. It has numerous antibacterial and antifungal properties. It reduces hyperpigmentation induced by acne and inhibits bacterial growth on the skin. As a treatment for acne, diluted apple cider vinegar should be applied directly to the active acne and scarring.
