Mandarin oranges

Oranges are, as everyone knows, the fruit highest in Vitamin C content. Citrus fruits are the most well-known Vitamin C-containing fruits. In addition to oranges, the greatest sources of vitamin C are citrus fruits such as mandarins, limes, grapefruits, and lemons. Each medium-sized orange contains 78% of the daily value for vitamin C, or 70 mg. Additionally, orange juice is available for brunch.
