Low back pain
If a woman has uterine fibroid, she may experience a variety of emotions. You might not notice or feel the presence of fibroids if they are small. You can experience discomfort or even pain when fibroids are developing in your uterus. Fibroids may cause you to experience sharp back pain that can interfere with your daily routine. In rare instances, fibroids can press on the muscles and nerves of the lower spine causing back pain. Back pain is more likely to occur if the fibroid is larger and located on the back of the uterus. Back pain is a common complaint, so it’s important to look for other causes before assuming that the fibroids are the cause.
