Vitiligo Dietary Limits
Like there is no recommended diet for vitiligo, there is no medically recognized food that exacerbates the condition. However, anecdotal evidence suggests that a number of humans experience adverse reactions when consuming particular foods, particularly those containing the coloring agent hydroquinone. Every individual’s body is unique and reacts differently to various nutrients.
