Kefir soda with spring onions and turmeric
Ingredients
- Coriander seeds 2 tsp
- Plain flour 225g
- Unsalted Butter 150g
- Kefir 2 tbsp
- Sea salt flakes 1/2 tsp
- Flour 225g
- Ground turmeric, 2 tsp
- Bicarbonate soda 1 tsp
- Butter 25g
- Rolling porridge oats, 75g
- Spring Onions 4
- Kefir 375ml
Method
- Rub the butter cubes into the dry ingredients.
- Pour kefir on top of the mixture, and then knead it well.
- After 40 minutes, cool the dish on a rack.
- Add butter and sea salt to the kefir butter. Serve the kefir with bread.
