Turmeric-crusted potato wedges
This is a great snack for anyone who loves crispy potatoes. As you roast the potato wedges, the mustard seeds and turmeric paste form a delicious crust.
Ingredients
Here is a list of ingredients that you will need.
- 4 pounds potatoes, unpeeled
- Dry mustard, 2 teaspoons
- Half a teaspoon of ground turmeric
- Mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Coriander seeds – 1 tablespoon
Method
- To coat the potato wedges, combine salt, turmeric pepper, dry mustard, and potatoes.
- Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet, and roast them for 30 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes.
- Add the coriander seeds and mustard seeds and continue to roast for 10 minutes more until potatoes are cooked.
