Tendon Gliding

This exercise requires you to spread your fingertips wide.

  • As if you were counting, bend your finger and touch your fingertips with your thumb.
  • Spread them out again and straighten the fingers.
  • Next, bend your fingers again and touch the middle with your fingertips.
  • Open the fingers again and bend the tips to the bottom of your palm.
  • Repeat the three steps: touching the fingertips with the thumb and the middle of palm with fingertips.
  • Repeat the sets three times per day.
