Tendon Gliding

This exercise requires you to spread your fingertips wide.
- As if you were counting, bend your finger and touch your fingertips with your thumb.
- Spread them out again and straighten the fingers.
- Next, bend your fingers again and touch the middle with your fingertips.
- Open the fingers again and bend the tips to the bottom of your palm.
- Repeat the three steps: touching the fingertips with the thumb and the middle of palm with fingertips.
- Repeat the sets three times per day.
