Paper Or Towel Grasp

It has been found that crumpling or squeezing a paper or towel with the affected hand is also effective.

  • Use your fingers to press or squeeze a towel.
  • Hold the towel in place for a couple of seconds, then slowly straighten your fingers.
  • Repeat the exercise 2 to 3 times per day.
