Circle by Hand Exercise

This exercise requires you to form an “O” with your thumb and affected finger.Hold the circular “O” shape you make with your thumb and finger for a few second.Bring your finger back to the “O” position.This process should be repeated ten times.This exercise should be done 3 times per day.
