Finger and Hand Openers

  • Use your other hand to gently massage your palm at the base affected finger.
  • Bring all your fingers together to form a fist.
  • For half a second, open and close your fist.
  • For 2 minutes, continue the opening and closing of the first.
  • Repeat this exercise three times per day.
