Object Pickups

This exercise can be very helpful for repositioning the finger.

  • Place small objects like buttons or clips on a flat surface
  • Select the object using your thumb and finger.
  • Place these objects on the other side.
  • Repeat the picking and placing for at least five minutes.
  • Repeat this process three to four times per day.
