Passive Wrist Stretch

Relaxing the muscles in the hands can also be achieved by passive wrist stretching.
- Place your palms together just below the chin, in front of your chest.
- Slowly move your hand towards the lower part of the waistline until you feel a slight stretch in the fingers and waist.
- Hold the position for several seconds.
- Keep the same hand position and move your hands back to their original position.
- Repeat the procedure at least three times per day.
