Rubber Band Stretch

This exercise involves wrapping an elastic band around your fingers.

  • By moving your fingers from your thumb, stretch the elastic until it becomes tight.
  • Now, bend your fingers towards the palm.
  • Continue to bend and straighten the fingers, and maintain tension on the elastic.
  • Repeat this procedure three times per day.
