Inflammation Of Tendons

Inflammation or swelling of the tendon is the most common cause of trigger fingers. The tendons connect the muscle to the bones. The tendons run from the forearm muscles to the back and front of the fingers. Ligaments, which are strong tissues bands that hold the tendons in place on the palm, help to keep them there. The tendon can’t side through the sheath or sell during inflammation. This causes a bulge and makes it difficult to bend the finger.
