Blood in Urine
Every opening in the body may bleed when the platelet count falls to a dangerously low level. Bleeding may occur in the urine or stool. At first, the person may think it’s a sign that they have an infection. However, bladder infections are often accompanied by other symptoms such as abdominal pain and frequent urination. Blood in urine, however, is not normal and should be taken very seriously.
