Nervous Anticipation
Up until now, the wedding had been a success. Krysten grew apprehensive as something happened. She was worried, as was everyone else in the room. She didn’t know where her father was or when he would be back, but she did not want to make her guests wait. She could not do anything; she was left to sit and hope that the surprise would be pleasant.
Re-entering The Room
Krysten waited anxiously for the doors to open again. Her father was not alone when he returned to the bedroom. Krysten saw her father leading someone into the reception hall. She did not invite the woman to her wedding. Krysten wouldn’t let anyone bring an unwanted guest to her wedding. Krysten’s face widened when her father came back to the stage.
