The plan was coming to fruition
After months of preparation, Krysten’s father’s plan was complete. Krysten only had to sing “The Little Mermaid” in response, which she did. All went according to plan. Krysten knew what to expect because she gave her father exactly the reaction he wanted. After months of planning, he was ready to put his cards on table. He was the center of attention in the room. Everyone was wondering what he did.
He walked away
Her father replied with one word: “Okay.” He then walked down the aisle and out of the hall, as if he was leaving. All the guests were taken by surprise. Krysten, Chris and others were shocked and confused as they watched him leave. They just sat there in the middle, not knowing what to do. Chris tried to watch his father-in law to see what he was doing.
