Zdeno Chara – 6’9”
Zdeno Chadra is a Slovak ice hockey player who is the captain of the Boston Bruins. He is believed to be the tallest ever player drafted into the National Hockey League. With a height 6 feet 9 inches and a half, it’s easy to see why he is a defenseman. His opponents are all shorter than he is and struggle to break through his defenses. He has been a key player in his team’s success, winning several trophies.

Andy Fordham, 6’2″ and 445 lbs
Andy ‘The Viking’ Fordham, an English darts champion, is considered to be the heaviest player and possibly the tallest player ever to compete in the world championship. Fordham weighed 445 pounds when he played his last game, but he is rumored to have been trying to lose weight because of health issues. It is unlikely that his 6 feet 2 inches height will be an advantage in a sport which requires dexterity, accuracy and speed.
