Peggy knew it wouldn’t be easy to discover the missing pieces, but she was willing to do whatever it took to make the discovery. Peggy continued to gather information and follow up on all of her leads as the time passed. It became apparent that the task of solving Billie’s disappearance was going to be difficult. She did not have any access to the evidence that she may have found but was determined to keep going.
