The Benefit of Doubt
Pipa decided to come out of hiding and grant Jackie the benefit of the doubt. She welcomed Jackie as she turned around. Jackie’s first visitor was Pipa.
She smiled, despite the apparent surprise. Jackie was relieved to hear Pipa say she would be departing.
