No one is going to believe that an alien dropped a Nintendo Switch in your yard made out of gold. You could write about it for days, but if you don’t have any proof no one will. The last line makes it clear that the person writing this isn’t quite as innocent and happy as they would like you to believe. The boyfriend is the only one to blame because he cheated.
