People can panic when they feel that their freedom is under threat. They often show the most irrational and worst side of themselves.
Consider this man. This guy feels like limiting trading on the free market and putting limits on shares is anti-freedom. It borders communism. He forgot that the core of capitalism is market trading. What a shame.
