Oh dear! What a funny mistake. How could this person have made an error like that while writing the date on a whiteboard?
Maybe English isn’t their native language? It’s possible that they removed a suffix where “th”, the right one, was, and forgot to change it back to 3 when it changed. It looks odd and ridiculous to write “3th”, instead of “3rd”.

This YouTuber’s overstatement of their fame is a bit disturbing. We wonder whether they were genuinely mistaken or just trying to get more subscribers.
This is because, of course, one billion people does not equal 1/3 of the population of the entire world. It was around 1960 when there were 3 billion. This claim is unfounded because we are closer to 7 billion people today.
