The interaction would have been completely innocent, if not for the final message. This guy had a connection with someone via social media, and he thought that it would be worth inviting them out. The person that they wanted to date was married.
They were still kind to him, despite having a spouse, and even said they were flattering by his offer. He then had to ruin the moment by saying he too was married, and they should just have an affair. Thank you.
