Male genital herpes symptoms
Genital herpes in males can cause blisters and sores to appear on:
The penis and glutesa
Scrotum encircling the anus.
Tailbone Urethra
A man may experience more intense tingling or itching around his testicles and penis, which is followed by painful red sores that are initially tiny and then become large, oozing sores. Occasionally, these blisters rupture, causing the sores to hemorrhage or ooze. Men can also contract oral herpes by engaging in oral sex with a person who has a cold sore that passes unnoticed, as the patient may mistake the initial symptoms for a rash or pimple.
