Here Are Some Symptoms Of Sinus Infection
Pain or pressure in the sinuses
Sinus infection is characterized by facial pain. There are sinuses behind the nose, above and below your eyes. When you have a sinus infection, any of these air-filled cavities may hurt. A sinus infection can cause pain and dull pressure due to swelling and inflammation. This could lead to an inflammation that is different from the usual path of mucus, which runs from the nose down to the back of the throat. You may feel pain:
- Between your eyes
- Your forehead
- You can find it in your upper jaw and teeth
- Each side of the nose
This could cause a headache. Headaches can lead to sinusitis in places where there are no sinuses.
