Turmeric is one of the most popular spices. Turmeric has many anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants. Curcumin, a part of turmeric, is thought to be responsible for its health benefits.
Turmeric can be consumed as a tea or added to food to reap its benefits. It can be mixed with water or essential oils to form a paste. Apply it to your skin and let it dry. Turmeric can stain lighter skin yellow, but this will fade in a few weeks.
