Targeted therapy
Targeted therapy entails the use of drugs that target specific cancer cell vulnerabilities. Mesothelioma patients have limited access to the targeted therapy medications that are available. For mesothelioma patients, a physician first conducts tumor DNA testing, followed by targeted therapy.
