Nausea
Hypoglycemia may occur in conjunction with other medical conditions, but the most common cause is the adverse reaction to diabetes medications such as insulin. People who use insulin to control their diabetes may develop hypoglycemia when the insulin in their bodies reacts or goes into shock, resulting in a decrease in blood glucose levels. The patient experiences nausea or the urge to regurgitate as a result of falling blood sugar levels. Due to the limited glucose supply in the circulation, disturbances in the digestive system occur. In response to a disruption of the gastrointestinal system, the body initiates the activation of the defense mechanism, resulting in vomiting and vertigo.
