Headaches
In both reactive and non-reactive hypoglycemia, the presence of migraines or headaches is observed. Frequent occurrences of mild to severe migraines are primarily attributable to hypoglycemia. Headaches by themselves are not that detrimental to the body, but they can cause the brain to become numbed, leading to a coma state. Extremely rare, but possible if the headaches caused by hypoglycemia persist for an extended period: coma or cerebral death.
