Presenting evidence to police
Toby and Brian arrived at the police station early the next morning and immediately played the recording to the officers who were leading the investigation of their father’s death. The room was filled with tension, anticipation and anxiety as each word of John’s confession heightened the severity of the situation.
They knew that they had to carefully examine this new piece of evidence. The officers also had to ensure that the bomb was safely and securely removed. The potential danger posed by the bomb was too great to ignore, even if it proved to be a non-functional device.
