How to get a reply
Mark opened the email and read the contents with an increasing sense of incredulity. It was surprising how quickly the email was answered, but even more so the content of the message. Mark was surprised by the gravity of the words that pulsated on his screen.
As he processed his message, a visceral cold ran down his spine. It was the kind of chill that causes the hairs at the backs of the neck to stand up. He had no idea what he would learn tonight.
