Duration Of Dryness Of Eye after LASIK Surgery
It is not uncommon for someone to experience dry eye symptoms after LASIK surgery. These symptoms tend to disappear after a few months in many people. Despite this, there is little evidence to suggest that 40% of patients will experience dryness in the eyes six months after surgery. Dry eye symptoms can last for up to a year after surgery, although they are rare. (9)
