Treatment for Dry Eyes with LASIK

LASIK may improve vision, but it is not for everyone. This includes those with dry eyes. Dry eye can also pose a problem for LASIK in some cases. Dry eye is a condition that occurs when tears are not enough to lubricate an eye. It could be that the eye does not produce enough tears or is not producing the correct type of tears. Or, the tear film of an eye may be affected. Dry eye symptoms may include:
