Hormonal changes, such as hypothyroidism, are common immunotherapy adverse effects. The inability of the body to produce enough thyroid hormones causes weight gain and fatigue.
Flu-like symptoms include fever, fatigue, chills, nausea, vomiting, high or low blood pressure, vertigo, and body pains.
