Diverticular inflammation
The most common symptom of diverticulitis is abdominal pain or abdominal discomfort. Sensitivity on the left side of the lower abdomen or a sore sensation is the most common symptom you may experience. If you have an infection, you may experience vomiting, cramping, vertigo, fever, chills, and constipation.
