Chest ache
The majority of stomach discomfort occurs between the pelvic and chest regions. Abdominal discomfort may be achy, crampy, sharp, mild, or intermittent. It is also known as an abdominal pain. Pain that is localised is confined to one area of the abdomen. This type of pain can occasionally contribute to organ dysfunction. Ulcers in the stomach are the most common cause of localised discomfort (open sores on the inner lining of the stomach).
Constipation, dyspepsia, bloating, or diarrhoea might result from cramp-like pain. Individuals assigned female at birth may experience miscarriage, menstruation, or reproductive difficulties. This pain occurs intermittently and may subside on its own without treatment. Intestinal and abdominal pain may be caused by bacterial, viral, or parasitic infections that affect the intestines or stomach.
